This place has a great location close to the city center, shopping malls, and downtown, and the rooms are really spacious.

I didn't have any complaints, and I really didn't want to leave. It was the perfect cozy place to stay while visiting all the attractions in the area, and the bathtub was a nice feature.

Convenient for a quick overnight stay. They've got all the essentials in the bathroom - a shower, hairdryer, and big bath towels. 🚿

The location was fantastic, just a short 10-minute drive to the city center. We loved how the property was recently renovated, giving it a fresh and clean feel. The surrounding environment was also peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay.

There were a few things that could have been better. the view from our room was towards a cemetery, which wasn't ideal.

This place is great for exploring the tourist spots in the city, just what we were looking for, highly recommend.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by providing cream powders for coffee and mini shower gels instead of soap bars for the shower, making it more convenient for groups.

The owner was welcoming and provided us with all the necessary information, making our stay enjoyable. We were satisfied with our two-night stay and would consider returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lack - Tranquila Suites 2. The location was perfect, just a short distance from downtown Ottawa. The apartment was newly renovated and impeccably clean, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We especially loved the quiet and no noise around, perfect for a family getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, although a few extra utensils would have been helpful. Despite a minor issue with the heating upon arrival, the owner quickly resolved the problem by providing a heater. having cream powders for coffee would have been a nice touch. we highly recommend Casa Lack - Tranquila Suites 2 for a cozy and convenient stay in Ottawa.

The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed, like a decent kitchen and a nice bathroom. It was also located on a quiet street, so we had peaceful nights. it was convenient to reach from the highway and only a 5-minute walk to a direct bus line to the city center.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the view from the apartment was towards a cemetery, which was not the most pleasant sight.

Convenient location, newly renovated hotel, clean and well-facilitated, super quiet place, suitable for a family.
